Dr. Russell M. Weaver, DDS, MS
Dr. Weaver is a board certified orthodontist with years of experience specializing solely in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
He is a patient-centered clinician who focuses on high quality care and is passionate about providing each patient a treatment that exceeds their expectations.
Dr. Weaver is only satisfied if the treatment results are both aesthetically beautiful and functionally healthy. Specializing solely in orthodontics since 2008, Dr. Weaver has successfully treated several thousand satisfied patients, including hundreds of the most complicated adult patients requiring jaw corrective surgery.
As a dedicated family man, Dr. Weaver loves spending time with his amazing wife Jessica and their two beautiful daughters, Ainsley and Madison. The Weaver’s love living in North Carolina with the many outdoor activities this beautiful state provides.
Dr. Weaver is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the North Carolina Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists. He’s also an experienced teacher of orthodontics. While on active duty in the United State Army, Dr. Weaver previously served as an Assistant Professor at the Uniformed University of the Health Sciences, teaching in both the U.S. Army’s 4-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and 2-year Comprehensive General Dentistry Residencies. Currently, Dr. Weaver is an adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Adam’s School of Dentistry 3-year Orthodontic residency, teaching the complex processes of diagnosis and treatment of jaw-corrective surgery to the next generation of orthodontists.

Jessica Weaver Co-Owner
Jessica is married to Dr. Weaver and mom to their amazing daughters. Jessica enjoys running, quilting, painting and hiking with the family.
Victoria Hash Orthodontic Assistant
Victoria is a newer orthodontic assistant born and raised in North Carolina. She joined Weaver Orthodontics in the fall of 2022 and has been a great addition to the team. She loves hiking and spending time with her two loving cats.
Staci Flores Orthodontic Assistant
Staci is originally from Texas where she started her orthodontic assisting career 20 years ago. She is a mother of two teenagers and has been happily married for 16 years. She recently relocated to North Carolina in July 2023 and joined the Weaver Orthodontics team. When not performing her duties as an exceptional assistant, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
