Invisalign treatment utilizes a series of nearly invisible clear aligners to push and guide your teeth into proper position.

Invisalign^®

While not all orthodontic problems are best treated with Invisalign, it can be a great option for the right patients who do not want braces yet still desire orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Weaver will discuss your case at the initial consultation appointment to determine if Invisalign treatment is right for you. Be aware that tooth colored attachments bonded to some teeth are often required to give the aligners a surface to grip.

Invisalign Teen^®

Invisalign Teen is the same as for adults, but with the difference of added compliance indicators embedded in each aliger to allow us to track their wear. This allows us to guide each patient and help motivate them to wear the aligners the appropriate amount of time each day.

Invisalign First^®

Invisalign First is a newer product developed to treat younger patients that are still developing their adult teeth; typically under the age of 10. This version of Invisalign was designed to account for a younger patient’s ever changing group of teeth as baby teeth fall out and adult teeth erupt. Orthodontic problems ideally treated with Invisalign first are usually interceptive in nature and are time limited.

The goals of interceptive treatment are to correct specific developing problems before they become more severe and therefore more difficult to treat at later adolescent age. Dr. Weaver recommends an evaluation of younger patients around the age of 7 to 8 years old to determine interceptive needs.
